Deadline for submitting proposals for magnet time allocation : May 15, 2013.
Proposals should be submitted using the EMFL website.
In the proposal, you may include all appropriate references. Any preliminary results have also to be mentioned.
If you wish to continue a previously accepted experiment, or to perform it if it was not done during the foreseen period, you must fill out the "progress report" part of your new proposal.
For user-groups from EU-member states and associated countries (Bulgaria, Iceland, Israel, Liechtenstein, Norway, Roumania, Switzerland) support can be given for travel and subsistence costs of the guest researchers in the framework of a TNA (Transnational Access) European contract (see also the EMFL website).
After acceptance of the proposal, the applicant has to get in touch with his local contact to schedule the magnet time.
After your experiment
At the end of your experiment at the LNCMI, an experimental report has to be written (template here). Any publication including results obtained using the LNCMI high-field facility should mention the laboratory, either by including your local contact(s) as a co-author(s), or by mentionning the LNCMI as an additional affiliation.
